The Vickie Milazzo Institute (VMI)
CRM / Call Center
During VMI's rapid growth, its software and hardware infrastructure had not scaled to effectively support the business.
Woefully outdated and lacking in key business functionality such as CRM and call center support, VMI solicited vendors solutions to their infrastructure needs. VMI invited RSA to review proposals and evaluate their feasibility.
RSA Responds
RSA worked to understand VMI's existing business processes, application portfolio, and business priorities and objectives. Based on the findings, RSA investigated and evaluated technology alternatives.
RSA Results
RSA was able to identify a more cost-effective solution to VMI's technology infrastructure problems . . . at less than half the original proposed budget. RSA also identified an upgrade path for the existing telephony equipment that allowed VMI to implement an automated call distributor (ACD) for the call center without replacing existing equipment . . . at a cost less than what had been proposed for a stand-alone ACD.
RSA focuses on creating solutions to our customer's problems that are not only practical, cost-effective and meet business objectives but also fit within the way the customer operates. As with VMI, the infrastructure recommended by RSA fits within budget constraints as well as satisfies current business needs . . . with future business growth in mind.
